Who we are
We are a peer-led mental health support program that connects students with "Big Sibs" – compassionate mentors who offer one-on-one emotional support, guidance, and friendship.
Our mission is to create a safe, stigma-free space where students can talk openly about mental health, navigate challenges, and feel less alone.
Whether you're going through a tough time or just need someone to talk to, our Big Sibs are here to listen, support, and help you feel seen.

1. You Reach Out
Fill out a short form to let us know you're looking for support.
2. We Match You Up
We pair you with a trained Big Sib—a peer who gets it.
3. You Chat, Your Way
You and your Big Sib decide how and when to connect—text, call, meet up, whatever feels right.
4. Ongoing Support
It's not a one-time thing. Your Big Sib is here to check in, listen, and just be there when things get rough.
